Christian education is a nurturing process that includes the training of the mind, body, and spirit through the transmission of knowledge, skills, and values. The athletic program of the school provides a setting in which to practice social, cultural, educational, and spiritual knowledge, skills, and values. Opportunities for interscholastic play are given to students at the middle school and high school levels. Conestoga Christian School belongs to the CCAC (Commonwealth Christian Athletic Conference) and PIAA (Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association).

Middle school and high school sports programs are offered for boys and girls in basketball and track; also volleyball for middle school and high school girls, soccer for middle school and high school boys, baseball for high school boys, and lacrosse for high school girls, co-ed cross country and golf .
